Technology and application of multi path resource recycled concrete based on sponge city construction

1. Research Field

1) Key scientific problems and key technologies:

(1) Optimization technology for production line of construction waste and industrial waste;

(2) Reduce energy consumption and pollution technology in the recycling production line;

(3) Modified method and mechanism of mechanical properties of recycled aggregate;

(4) Study on mechanical properties of modified recycled concrete;

(5) High performance technology of recycled concrete;

(6) Structure technology of recycled concrete permeable pavement and underground storage facilities;

(7) Environmental impact assessment of recycled concrete applications;

(8) Application technology of recycled concrete structure in sponge City, including production, design and construction technology.

2) Main research contents

(1) Research on resource processing methods and equipment for low energy consumption and zero pollution construction waste and industrial metallurgical slag;

(2) Principle and performance improvement technique of recycled aggregate applied in multi path;

(3) Key technology and application of high performance recycled concrete in sponge city construction;

(4) Technical guideline and engineering demonstration application of high performance recycled concrete in sponge city construction.

2. Organizational structure

The participate institution in China in this project: Tongji University; Southeast University; Tokyo University; Shanghai Municipal Engineering Design Institute (Group) Co.,LTD.; Jiangsu Rongda New Material Co., LTD.; Shanghai SANME Mining Machinery Corporation.

Group leader of Chinese research team: Prof. Xiao Jianzhuang (Tongji University), Prof. Zhang Yamei (Southeast University).

Group leader of Japanese research team: Prof. Takafumi Noguchi (Tokyo University).

The group leaders of the Chinese research team and the Japanese research team are responsible for the overall arrangement of decision-making, implementation and daily work, and ensure the normal arrangement and deployment of the project.

3. Contents of international cooperation

The recycling and the municipal water supply and drainage system in Japan is more mature than the system in China. At the same time, The efficient industrial chain of the recycling and utilization of construction and industrial wastes in Japan from the legal, policy and other aspects.

The key point of the operation is to solve the problem of the disjunction of the various links in construction and industrial waste by learning from the Japanese experience in the condition of China’s situation. The recycling product will be available for the recycled concrete structure construction in the sponge city.
